At the feet of world's tallest monolithic statue,27 m. high monolith of Lord Bahubali at Shravanabelagola. We (with Birthday girl, my wife) made a visit here on Thursday. The road was excellent as it was spruced up for the "mahamastabhisheka". The 158 km trip on my motorbike was very pleasant as the Neelmangala - Hassan road is lined with trees and scenic countryside.
